Shipping policy

Shipping:

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time of purchase to prepare and ship your order. 

If your order includes pre-order items, they will ship when made, as noted on each product ordered.

Please note that once an order is delivered to the mail carrier we are no longer responsible for the item. Any issues with delayed or lost packages are to be handled by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS etc).
