Honest Crumb Co began as a small local microbakery in my home kitchen, originally created to feedmy own family nourishing bread made with simple ingredients.

Each loaf and baked good is naturally fermented using sourdough starter and made with organic flour sourced from North Carolina mills whenever possible. My focus is on slow fermentation, high-quality ingredients, and baking in small batches so each item is crafted with care from start to finish.
