Salsa Picanté Hot Sauce

Pronounced: Sahl-sah Pee-kahn-teh The flavor of our Salsa Picanté is tangy, smoky, beautifully spiced with mild/medium heat and slightly vinegary.  The sauce is a mix of guajillo pepper and cayenne peppers, bell pepper, lime, sugar, and spices. Unlike the other hot sauces, ours one is thicker, with the flavor of the peppers and spices outweighing the vinegar.  It has a deep flavor with hints of acidity and smokiness.  Tasting Notes: Mild/Medium Spice - Tangy - Zesty - Smoky - Slightly Vinegary  Applications: Sauce EVERYTHING, pizza, chips, popcorn, savory foods, melons, tacos...
